• Keynote Address by Samson Bel-Aude Nougbodohoue, Head of Energy Information Systems and Statistics Division, African Union
• Ministerial Address by Mr. Moses Pakote, Executive Director of Energy, Ministry of Mines and Energy, Namibia
• Pipeline of 21 projects (out of the 36 presented) with a combined value of USD 463.8 million were anchored by mining off takers was presented by ANSER from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
• Grand Inga III confirmed as a focal project by the Development Bank of Southern Africa
